WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO???

  • More entertainment for children and adults

  • Toys/Craft supplies for the Kids Zone

  • Repairs to market supplies such as canopies/tables etc.

  • Marketing materials such as signage, print materials etc.

  • Lower rates for Market Vendors and FREE vendor tables for other Community, Non-profit and Charitable groups.

HOW TO DONATE AND GET YOUR MARKET BAG

Donations and bag pick-up can be done two different ways….

  1. Cash at the HVM booth during market hours (Fridays, 3 p.m.-7:30 p.m.).

  2. Send an e-transfer to hespelervillagemarket@gmail.com. PLEASE PAY BEFORE YOU PICK UP! (Bags will be available for pick up at Encore Vintage the week after you have paid.)

    • Bags can be picked at the HVM OR at Encore Vintage located at 35 Queen St East during opening hours when they are open for the season

      • Wednesday through Sunday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m.

      • Extended hours to 7 p.m. on Fridays

      • Closed in September
