COMMUNITY GROUPS

Each week, the Hespeler Village Market partners with a different charity/non-profit or community group to offer a FREE table. The table is provided to help bring awareness to the services that each organization offers locally. Each group is given the opportunity to raise funds, perform a collection drive or host a charity BBQ.

Please make sure to pop by each week to learn about the organization! Ask questions and learn about what amazing resources we have in our community!

***Idea Exchange, Hespeler – Cambridge***
*Idea Exchange supports and inspires our community in the exploration of reading, arts, innovation, and learning.*

**COMPANY OF NEIGHBOURS** - Cambridge
*A special community resource centre offering a community drop-in centre, events, book and newsletter publishing, and the largest collection of Hespeler-related archival material anywhere in the world.*

**CAMBRIDGE FOOD BANK** - Cambridge
*The Cambridge Food Bank is building health and belonging through food.*

**GARDEN HESPELER** - Cambridge
*A non profit community organization that is geared to making our local neighbourhoods beautiful. We meet on the third Monday of the month September to June, except December*

**SHELTER MOVERS** - Waterloo Region
*Shelter Movers provides free moving and storage services to women and children experiencing abuse.*

**TED WAKE 50+ CENTRE** - Cambridge
*There are four older adult recreation centres in the City of Cambridge offering a variety of programs*

**HOPE CLOTHING** - Cambridge
*We help people stretch their budget by providing free clothing, footwear and accessories for the entire family - men, women & children.*

**GROW COMMUNITY CENTRE** - Cambridge
*Grow provides a variety of welcoming nd engaging activities for youth, adults & families.*

**YWCA CAMBRIDGE** - Cambridge
YWCA Cambridge, a trusted community leader, gives a voice to the needs of cis and trans women and girls and non-binary and two-spirit individuals through innovative and responsive programs, services and advocacy.

*Providing free legal information, legal support/advice, & legal representation in Waterloo Region.*

**CAMBRIDGE RINGETTE** - Cambridge
*The Cambridge Ringette Association strives to promote, foster and develop ringette as a means of healthy exercise, improving physical fitness, mental health and social development*

SILVERHEIGHTS NEIGHBOURHOOD ASSOCIATION - Cambridge

The Silverheights Neighbourhood Association is an association founded by volunteers. Through community involvement Silverheights Neighbourhood Association offers programs, events and activities for all ages and abilities.

**HESPELER VILLAGE MUSIC FESTIVAL** - Cambridge
*The Hespeler Village Music Festival is a non-profit, community-driven event coordinated by volunteers. It is a celebration of community! #HangoutInHespeler*

EARLY ON - Cambridge

EarlyON centres offer free, high-quality programs for families and children from birth to 6 years old. You can learn and play with your child, meet people and get advice from early childhood professionals.

**HASHTAG HOPE -** Cambridge
Hashtag Hope began as an internet outreach project on Twitter back in 2012. The heart was to reach out, in real time, to those who were thinking about suicide via Twitter. Since then, Hashtag Hope has grown into a hope awareness brand and outreach project.

TORONTO CAT RESCUE - Toronto

A volunteer-powered charity, we save, treat, foster and re-home thousands of cats in critical need of help in Toronto, the GTA, and Kitchener-Waterloo.
